Continue to direct the Department of Health to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies in, strengthening propaganda, dissemination and training of legal regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Health on buying, selling and using drugs to treat COVID -19; take samples for testing to check drug quality;
Strengthen the inspection and examination of activities of buying and selling drugs to treat COVID-19 at pharmaceutical business establishments according to the contents of Official Dispatch No. 976/BYT QLD dated March 1, 2022 of the Ministry of Health;
Directing functional agencies in provinces and cities such as Steering Committee 389, Market Management, Provincial and Municipal Police and other functional agencies to strengthen inspection and examination of activities to detect , prevent acts of smuggling, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods in the production and trading of drugs for COVID-19 treatment, and activities to buy and sell drugs for COVID-19 treatment at unlicensed business locations. permitted under regulations or on social networking platforms and other online platforms, activities of buying and selling drugs of unknown origin;
Directing pharmaceutical business establishments to fully comply with the provisions of law in buying and selling drugs in general and drugs for the treatment of COVID-19 in general; list prices and sell them according to the listed and declared drug prices; fully guide people on using drugs according to instructions;
Fully comply with the requirements of good drug practice in pharmaceutical business (GSP, GDP, GPP) and other regulations in pharmaceutical business;
